ETHOS Statement

St Peter's School recognises that Gospel values and the teachings of Christ are central to the life of the school.

Teachers, parents and Governors share a common purpose in the task of educating all our children, developing within them understanding, justice, tolerance and sensitivity to the needs of others, thus enabling them to take their role as contributing members of society.

Each child is entitled to be given the opportunity to develop their talents to the full.

The whole school community will fully support the spiritual, intellectual, physical, social, cultural, emotional and moral development of all its pupils.

COVID Outbreak Plan and Remote Education Plan

Pupil Premium

Publicly-funded schools in England get extra funding from the government to help them improve the attainment of their disadvantaged pupils. It’s up to school leaders to decide how to spend the pupil premium. This is because school leaders are best-placed to assess their pupils’ needs and use funding to improve attainment.
